Reactivation of dormant tumor cells

When you hold onto negative thoughts — anger, frustration, anxiety and trauma your cells are effected and the level of estrogen and inflammation in your body begin to rise.*

Your cells can begin to malfunction when your body is not in a state of flow. We can start to practice Mindful methods on a daily basic to free ourselves from some of these negative thought patterns.

Practices can include—
Walking in nature
Gardening / Looking after plants

Brainwaves and Mindfulness—

Research shows that although one brainwave state may be dominant at any one time, the other brain states are always present even though they may be present.

SCIENTIFIC STUDY
Charlie Morley who does Lucid Dream workshops and events at HELLO LOVE was involved with a scientific study published in the peer reviewed journal Traumatology that showed a decrease in posttraumatic stress disorder symptoms following a lucid dream healing workshop

AMERICAN PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSOCIATION

BETA
This is the most common brainwave state. Where the brain is engaged in mental activities. The frequency ranges from 12—38Hz. A person in conversation or activity would be in beta. Too much can lead to stress and anxiety and too little can lead to depression.

ALPHA
The next slower brainwave is Alpha which is higher in amplitude. A person who has completed a task and rests or engages in meditation is often in an alpha state. The frequency is 8—14Hz. A walk in the garden, swimming or listenig to music can create an alpha state. Breathwork can algo get most people into an alpha state a bridge between conscious and unconcious states also known as the idling state.

THETA
When you begin to daydream you go into the Theta brainwave frequency of 5—8Hz. If running, swimming or doing a craft when you are in a state of mental relaxation and your mind becomes less occupied with thoughts then you are in a theta state. This helps you become more prone to ideas and a very positive mental state.

DELTA
This is a very slow brainwave frequency 1—4Hz and occurs a few minutes before we fall asleep, the body and mind recover in this state. A lack of this brainwave pattern can lead to feeling tired. When we dream we go from Delta to Theta for the dream to occur. If you stay in theta state for 10 minutes during meditation practice this can help with meaningful and creative thinking.

GAMMA
This is a lesser known brainstate of 38—100Hz. These are happening in more lucid states like lucid dreaming and out of body experiences. Monks and other long time meditators in deep trance states can also access these brainwaves. They provide creativity, compassion and increased awareness.

Power of our thoughts

Dr Emoto, the Japanese Scientist revolutionized the idea that our thoughts and intentions impact the physical realm, is one of the most important water researchers the world has known.

Water exposed to loving, benevolent, and compassionate human intention results in aesthetically pleasing physical molecular formations in the water while water exposed to fearful and discordant human intentions results in disconnected, disfigured, and “unpleasant” physical molecular formations. The experiment used music and spoken words exposed to the water. He then crystallizes the water to gain his results. As the body is made of around 60% water our thoughts have a great impact on own wellbeing.
