MENOPAUSE AND CANCER COMMUNITY CAMPAIGN
SHARE YOUR STORY, SHAPE THE CONVERSATION
We’re bringing the community together for a powerful awareness campaign — and you are at the heart of it.

A creative, connective day like no other. Together, we’ll craft props, express our experiences through art and imagery, and capture your stories to create an impactful digital video campaign raising awareness about menopause after cancer.

WEDNESDAY 10 September 3-4pm

LOVING-KINDNESS FOR DAILY LIFE
Laura Ashurst will help you explore how loving kindness meditation practice benefits our physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing by looking at the theory underpinning self-kindness and self-compassion, two of the cornerstones of mindfulness practice.

Regular use of loving-kindness techniques in daily life can gently increase the output of endorphins, serotonin, and oxytocin, helping to boost immunity and strengthen self-connection. During the session, participants will be guided in a Loving Kindness meditation practice that is readily transferable into everyday living.

Sunday 21 September 1-2pm
